The Cost

The cost to attend the festival is 11,500THB per student. The minimum amount of students needed for this festival to be viable is 60. The maximum is 120. 

This price is inclusive of:

  • Airport transfers (Suvarnabhumi, Don Muang or Utapao Airports) to and from Ban Chang.

  • Transport to and from festival events in Ban Chang.

  • All food and accommodation.

  • Participation fees for up to two members of staff. 

  • Insurance while in Ban Chang.

Not included:

  • Flights.

  • Travel insurance.

  • Independent  transport to and from Ban Chang.

Calendar of Important Dates

Friday, 23  September

  • Registration form  closes.

Wednesday, 28  September

  • GIS will confirm with guests allocated slots and will, if necessary, create a waitlist. 

  • GIS sends official registration form and an invoice to schools with allocated slots. 

Thursday, 29 September

  • GIS begins accepting 50% a   deposit   from guest schools.

Friday, 7 October

  • Deposit payment closes and, if necessary, GIS contacts waitlisted  schools to advise of any open spots. 

Friday, 4  November

  • Remaining balance due.
